Why we left TourOpp to build a pricing platform for tour, activity and attraction operators — and what we thought was missing.

We're excited to officially introduce Aloja, a new AI-powered dynamic pricing platform built specifically for tour, activity, and attraction operators.
After years of working with operators through our last startup, TourOpp, we saw a clear and consistent challenge across the industry: pricing. Operators often face surging demand, limited capacity, and perishable inventory — but the tools available to help them price effectively just weren't cutting it.
Many reservation systems today offer some form of variable pricing — but what's typically available is limited to date-based tiers, weekend rates, or other rigid rule-based structures. These approaches fall short in helping operators react to real-time market conditions.
That's where Aloja comes in.
We built Aloja to be an intelligent, automated co-pilot for pricing — not just a dashboard of charts. Our platform integrates with the reservation systems operators already use, and makes daily pricing adjustments based on:
Operators stay in full control, setting guardrails like minimums, maximums, and deciding which products should have dynamic pricing applied.
Aloja is founded by Daniel Pino and Daniel Cabra, the team behind TourOpp, which was acquired by RocketRez in 2022. Our backgrounds are in product, data science, and most importantly — helping tour and activity operators grow through practical, intuitive software.
We're also proud to share that we've raised funding from BuenTrip Ventures, one of LATAM's top early-stage VC firms focused on B2B travel tech.
We're currently onboarding our first group of early access users. Operators who join the program will receive:
If you're interested in putting your pricing on autopilot — without giving up control — we'd love to hear from you.
