Every hour, Aloja’s AI-powered dynamic pricing finds the best price for each departure to earn you more revenue. No guesswork. Just the right price at the right time.
Connect Aloja to Bókun, Ventrata or Xola and it'll get a deep read on your business: your product catalogue, inventory, capacity, availability and years of booking history.
From there, Aloja keeps updating its understanding of your business with every new booking and cancellation.
No migration. No CSVs. Nothing for your team to learn.
Using your booking history and the latest booking activity, Aloja forecasts demand for every product, on every departure date, up to 180 days ahead.
Every hour, Aloja refreshes that forecast based on the latest bookings and cancellations.
A competitor suddenly cuts their price. Rain arrives in the forecast. A concert gets announced two streets from your meeting point. None of that is in your history, but what happened this morning now impacts demand this afternoon.
For each product, on each date, the model tests the whole range between your floor and your ceiling and keeps the one price that earns the most on that date. Ninety to a hundred and eighty days out, and again every hour — because the answer changes when demand does.
Aloja publishes the price straight to your reservation system, product by product and date by date. Nothing for your team to update manually.
When the right price changes, Aloja updates it for you.
From there it reaches every channel you sell on — your own site, Viator, GetYourGuide, Airbnb. Each one can carry its own price, so the OTAs cover their commission without dragging down what you charge direct. Set that once, and Aloja applies it every time the price moves.
Your dashboard shows what changed, what it earned and how you’re tracking against last year. And if you ever want to step in and set a price yourself, you can.
Not the cheapest nor the price that aims to fill the boat.
Same boat, same Saturday, 50 seats — drag the price lever below and watch both sides move together.
AI-powered dynamic pricing for activity operators means watching more signals than any person realistically can. Aloja tracks them all, across every product and departure, constantly.
Three years of transactions, to know what this date usually does.
Every new booking, cancellation and change triggers a fresh forecast.
What's actually left to sell, right now.
When your markets travel — not a generic calendar.
What the days either side are doing, to read a date with no signal of its own yet.
How fast this date is filling, against how fast it should be.
Your other tours moving is a signal about this one.
How close the date is, and what that does to willingness to pay.
Floor, base and ceiling. Not a signal it reads — a boundary it obeys.
Aloja will never price above or below what you’re comfortable charging.
You’re the expert, after all.
Set the floors, the ceilings, and how much a price can change at once. You stay in control.
Floor, base and ceiling — per product, per season. It moves freely between them and never outside them.
Start with one tour. Add more when you believe it. Nothing switches itself on.
Where dynamic pricing applies, and where your prices stay exactly as they were.
Charge one price on your own site and another on the OTAs — enough to carry their commission without touching your direct margin.
You set the pricing parameters.
Aloja works within them.
Aloja handles the pricing in the background.
But, your dashboard is there when you want to see what’s working, confirm everything’s following your rules, or step in on a date yourself.
We’ll use your historical booking data to train our machine learning algorithms and build a pricing strategy tailored to your business. Ideally, we ask for 3 years of data, but even 12 months is enough to start delivering results.
We integrate with most major reservation systems that support price updates via API. Just reach out and we’ll let you know if your system is compatible — we’re adding new integrations all the time.
Aloja monitors your booking data in near real-time and adjusts prices as needed. Larger operators may see updates every 15 minutes across all products and dates. Smaller businesses typically see updates at least once per day per product per activity date — which still results in dozens of dynamic changes daily.
Before going live, we’ll align with you on a pricing strategy, including guardrails like minimums and maximums. While Aloja runs autonomously, continuously optimizing based on 9+ real-time signals, you can still override prices directly through your reservation system if needed. That said, manual changes may interfere with optimal performance.
Onboarding usually takes 3–4 weeks. We’ll import your data, train the model, and configure pricing strategies for each product. You’ll be involved in 1–2 short calls, but we handle the heavy lifting.
Just bring your calendar. We’ll show you what the right price looks like.
